So, it's been a little while since I've updated this, but there has most definitely been some activity in the brewery, I mean our Kitchen.
As of right now, I've bottled the first 8 gallons of cider (the first a 3 gallon batch, the second a 5 gallon batch), have an experimental 2 gallon cider-cider (I used traditional mulling spices) with an ale yeast ready to bottle, and have 5 gallons of an American Wheat beer in the secondary weighting for more bottles to be procured/purchased to bottle it.
The first two batches of Cider have finished bottle conditioning as of today, having been given two weeks and are fairly carbonated to my liking. Next time I'll use a little more sugar and fill the bottles a little more. They are currently in the chilling department, the refrigerator.
That means some lucky people will be enjoying some cider soon...
